I couldn’t find an attorney to sue my insurance company but this firm was able to help me and get results. I was involved in a hit and run and my insurance (Progressive) treated me like I was the criminal and wouldn’t pay for my car rental or damages. Because of an error made by my insurance agent , Progressive chose to deny me coverage for a car accident I was involved in, in which, I totalled my vehicle and sustained severe injuries. Draugelis & Draugelis law firm took me on as their client and sued both Progressive and my INCOMPETENT insurance agent's agency. We won a more than satisfactory settlement from each party which covered my totalled jeep, hospital bills, and lost wages due to months of time off of work spent recovering. Approximately three years after my accident, a lawsuit was brought against me by another driver involved in the accident. To protect myself and my assets, I immediately hired Draugelis & Draugelis, again, to MAKE SURE Progressive would provide me with a defense through the course of the lawsuit and that's exactly what happened!
