Second time we have used them and very satisfying

I love this guy? He is the Best!!!

I was told by one of the lawyers that they would be able to assist with my sibling's case. Maynard Law firm said that it would be $750 to go and see him and talk about the case. They could of called or used JPay! I told them I would pay them in two installments. The secretary called and harrassed me all day when I was at work. It was ridiculous! After they received the money they then sent a letter stating they couldn't help. They knew the circumstances before the took my money! Stay away from this law firm!

Ms. Mary Duross Has represented me and multiple cases. including my family members as well. She's been right on target with the outstanding performance that she has done. Every time I asked a question of how things were being handled, I was told, Oh he can bring this up in his appeal. Why things were not handled at trial, I will never know. Seth, you know he didn't do it. You even told me that. 25 -50 yrs. for something he didn't do.

My family was referred, to Mary, by a VERY reputable attorney that served the legal needs of our family for decades. Out of all the attorneys he could of recommended us too, he chose Mary. Which speaks volumes because he knows many attorneys and ensured Mary Duross was the very best of them all. From day one Mary fought diligently and vigorously. We did NOT have an easy case, by any means. We had an extremely difficult case. Our case required a change of domicile for a toddler, due to a 800 mile move we were requesting. We had the burden of proving child abuse, against a plaintiff that always seemed to clean their act up just enough, right before court. In the end, Mary won us the change of domicile, where as my son was granted to move with me. Mary worked extremely hard, even after getting our change of domicile granted, and had the plaintiffs parenting time suspended. A year later and my son's been with me ever since; safe, happy, healthy, and healing comfortably at home with his daddy, right where he belongs. Mary's hard work saved my child from horrific abuse. She is the VERY best. She is fair. She is patient and hardworking. She is a great member of the community and works for so much more than the money. She works to bring justice, and she's damn good at it. I, Sergeant of the United States Army, recommend that you hire Mary! This lawyer Mr Maynard. Yelled at me within the first 3 minutes of our conversation. As I was trying to tell him why I was needing a lawyer. Very unprofessional and rude! I would give no stars if I could do not trust this man with your life!!!!

Ms. Duross changed the life of my family. She gifted the custody of my son to me. She spent hours fighting for the right of my son and his well being. The end result was not only the full custody of my son, but got my son to move out of state with me. Ms. Duross is a professional counselor that I would advise for any custody case between a father and their child. She is the best Macomb County custody attorney.
