If I could have given more than 5 stars I certainly would have. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the estate planning that John Parnell Jr. provided for us. He sat us down, explained everything in great detail and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. If we had questions (and I had plenty) he explained to ensure we fully understood what we were entering into. If you are looking for a professional and competent law firm and one that that actually cares about you then I would highly recommend setting up time to see John Parnell Jr for your estate planning needs. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I worked with John Parnell, Jr. to update our Estate Planning documents. The entire experience was amazing and John far surpassed our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, helpful, and patient. He answered al of our questions and had us thinking about things we never previously considered. Attorney David Parnell just saved me for a second time. I had 2 old cases from before turning my life around. I was so worried what the outcome of both of these would be. Especially since there years old. David Parnell got 2 cases dismissed for me in 2 separate counties. I am very fortunate to know Mr. Parnell and I would recommended him ten out of ten times. If your doing the right thing and if your honest he will prove it to the judge and provide the best outcome.

We learned about the Parnell firm from experience on a completely different matter with a relative. We were looking for a new estate plan, having very recently moved to Michigan from another state. After a short telephone conversation, we received a really daunting questionnaire. As I said to John Jr., they knew as much about us as my mother. However, I found that the Parnell firm used just about all of the information. The estate documentation they prepared was head and shoulders above what we had gotten in our previous state of residence. Their thoroughness and attention to our wishes was remarkable. A series of meetings followed to make sure every potential and actual issue was addressed as we wished it. Development and coordination was done for a flat fee, much better than by the hour (as we felt comfortable about asking about any concern, issue, or "what if"). Final document coordination was just as thorough. I cannot conceive of a better firm for estate planning than the Parnell firm.

John Parnell's law firm is very disorganized, poor customer service, receptionist staff has poor customer service. The office takes weeks, months to answer your concerns. Stay from this law firm

I had put off doing an estate plan and finally made the call to The Parnell Law Firm to get started. They made it so easy, I now think "why didn't I do that sooner?!" Anyway, with a few over-the-phone meetings (because of COVID), and exchange of documents, I had a full estate plan. They were professional and friendly through the whole process, understanding when I needed to change an appointment, etc. Not only did they prepare my estate plan, but told me what steps I needed to do to ensure everything was aligned with my bank accounts, etc. So glad I finally called!
