I was told by one of the lawyers that they would be able to assist with my sibling's case. Maynard Law firm said that it would be $750 to go and see him and talk about the case. They could of called or used JPay! I told them I would pay them in two installments. The secretary called and harrassed me all day when I was at work. It was ridiculous! After they received the money they then sent a letter stating they couldn't help. They knew the circumstances before the took my money! Stay away from this law firm!

Every time I asked a question of how things were being handled, I was told, Oh he can bring this up in his appeal. Why things were not handled at trial, I will never know. Seth, you know he didn't do it. You even told me that. 25 -50 yrs. for something he didn't do.

This lawyer Mr Maynard. Yelled at me within the first 3 minutes of our conversation. As I was trying to tell him why I was needing a lawyer. Very unprofessional and rude! I would give no stars if I could do not trust this man with your life!!!!

The whole experience with Jeffery was fast and easy. Meet with him on a Thursday and went to court the following Wednesday for two separate courts. His associate represented me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Both cases were dismissed. He was affordable and made been the whole process a breeze.

Believe everyone complaining about Mr. Maynard is upset with their own decision(s) that landed them in a position to need a lawyer to begin with, js. I've known Mr. Maynard to be extremely understanding when in a financial crisis, he absolutely works with his clients. If you don't like or feel like you're not being represented correctly then address your concerns with them but if you're not paid up & it is your sentencing day it's common sense (especially if a large amount of money is owed to the lawyer & if a felony is involved) that any lawyer is not going to represent anyone who is not paid in full, you can't pay 50% of an electricity bill & receive 100% electricity just an example and my opinion. Seth who works with Mr. Maynard is professional as well and never had a problem with either attorneys.
