I cannot say enough how happy we have been with the Parnell Law Firm. My wife and I had gone through some financial hardship and we needed this firm's services on multiple occasions: Jonathan Parnell, JR. handled the short sale of our home, Sean O'Meara negotiated a debt settlement and David Parnell defended us in a collections lawsuit. The short sale was not just handled successfully, but EVERYTHING was addressed, including the subsequent tax situation. We were able to arrange a settlement with another company, an account that has since been resolved. I was sued for a large amount of money by a collections agency and because of David's efforts, not only did the plaintiff withdraw the suit, they wiped the debt away and removed it from our credit history. Most importantly, in a sea of unethical, RUDE, unfeeling, judgement-filled attorneys, the Parnell Law Firm stands out. My family was always treated respectfully and with genuine compassion. They not only want to help people in need, but they are damn good at it. They know their stuff.

Had a legal issue that I needed assistance with. John Parnell Jr. is very professional, knowledgeable and handled the case flawlessly. Issue resolved with the a positive outcome on my behalf. Great law firm

I was in Macomb count circuit court for a habitual drug possession charge. John Parnell was my court appointed attorney. My options were pretty slim. I had already used a 74-11 plea in the past. John Parnell, other than being my cout appointed, was really determine to fight for me. John went above and beyond to get a plea agreement in my favor which he has only tryed 10 times in his career with only 1 settled. I was his # 2. Felony dropped to a misdemeanor, only 1 yr probation. Very understanding, professional and is part of a great team (firm).

David Parnell is a zealous advocate to his clients. He is a lawyer with a no nonsense approach to litigation, and he handles his matters with pride and devotion. I highly recommend Mr. Parnell and his practice.
