My husband and I went to see Sean about a debt issue of mine. We were total doubters when we went in. After talking to Sean we totally believed what he said and gave use great results. Sean is the best!!

Initially Mr. O'Mara was contacted by myself regarding a collection notice I had received. I wanted to validate the charges and stop the calls while resolving this matter. He gave me advice how to handle the harassment while he reviewed my documents. Finding out all charges were valid he then assisted me in making affordable arrangements with the creditor ----and didn't charge me a dime!!

My daughter was injured at a home improvement store when she was around 10. We held off on settling with the company (under the advice of a different lawyer) as my daughter was taking dance lessons. If we settled at the time of the incident, and something happened to my daughter during dance, we would not be able to blame it on the original incident as the preceding cause of her injuries. So we waited until my daughter was older. Because of the type of injury my daughter received, even though it wasn't severe, she was traumatized enough to cause a series of events to occur for almost 12 years. There were periods of slight depression, anorexia, stomach issues, and unwillingness of going to school. We touched base with the same lawyer over the years, and were advised that my daughter could hold off until she was 17-18 since the accident happened when she was a minor. So we did. Once the end was near for being able to go after the company, we were referred to Sean for assistance. He reviewed my daughter's case, and accepted the challenge to help my daughter. After a couple of months of going between my daughter, and the company where she was injured at, a settlement was reached. My daughter received her payment, using it to purchase her own vehicle, pay the registration/licensing fees, and settle her boarding fees for her horse she got as a gift from family. If it wasn't for Sean, his ambition to help, and his knowledge of cases like my daughter, she would still be hesitant on doing things, because no one else wanted to help her with what happened that day, thinking it wasn't a big deal. But to my daughter, it was a big deal, and Sean believed so too when he met her for the first time. And to this day, 2-3 years after he took on my daughter's case, she still contacts him to say thank you for believing in her.

I called Sean after I found out my paychecks were being garnished by a law firm I never heard of, and didn't know why. He remembered me from the case he handled for my daughter the prior year. I met with him, after getting the needed paperwork from the court about the garnishment. Sean reviewed all the documents, and noticed that I was never served ANY of the documents, because I haven't lived at that address for over a year. We went to court, and filed for return of garnished wages on evidence of improper service by the collections attorney. The court granted the other attorney 30 days to make corrections, and to return with results. Sean did not give up & went full steam into researching my case further. When he found what he was looking for, he immediately called me to give me the good news. The collections lawyer, that had my wages garnished, was collecting on a debt that was dismissed in US Bankruptcy court in 2005. The collections lawyer claimed he could not 'find' me, and the process server from the court also failed to properly serve the documents. Sean went back to court on the return date, and advised of his findings, with supported evidence. After a few moments of review by the judge, the garnishment was overturned, a full refund of wages was returned by the collections attorney, and he was no longer allowed to pursue any cases against me. In addition, Sean has been keeping an eye out for similar cases like mine, from this other attorney, for a possible class action lawsuit in federal court.
