She just defeated this evil apartment complex for me. Basically, they stole my security deposit, faked a debt and fraudulently sent it to collections. Frances Murphy was able to get the discovery proving that I didn't owe the debt, then the judge was able to make a pretrial judgement based on the facts found in discovery. The opposing counsel tried every trick in the book to get their client off, but, Frances Murphy was able to out maneuver each attempt. She did a phenomenal job.
