Poor customer service and the communication is nonexistent. You will give them your information and what is going on in your life, and you will never hear back from them. Not via email or phone it’s very disrespectful. Their manager may contact you after putting in a bad review, but then he will just also take your information and just say thanks

It's just enough information to help

I'm not sure their of function or their need to be funded at this point. Even when the State Bar sends you to them stating that they CAN handle it, they just tell you they can't handle anything. What's the point of funding this with taxes if they never assist people? The person on the phone also hung up on me mid sentence when I was asking for more resources. If they aren't doing anything else, then why couldn't they help with resources? Why be so rude? People aren't contacting you when everything is going well for them, have some compassion and empathy, or find another job.
