Over Bell’s acts like he’s not on your side can’t remember anything you tell him and he’ll say he’s coming to visit or return your call and never happens run from this attorney
I currently have a lawsuit against him that was approved by the state board attorneys review for overbilling me when he absolutely did nothing for me whatsoever he may be spending entire total of an hour and build me $5000 that was paid was paid
Also guaranteeing me the results that he said he can get which certainly did not happen

Very disappointed in his representation. I had hoped for more given his many years of experience. His office failed to communicate consistently with me and I often needed to call them for important updates. He was consistently slow to act on my behalf and seemed more interested in reaching a settlement, no matter how unfair, then arguing the facts of my case. As a result, my hands were completely tied after we parted ways and the Judge told me he should have done a better job arguing for me. The court originally ordered my ex-wife to pay me $250 a month and somehow Paul managed to let it get flipped to me owing her $350 per month effective 1.5 years ago. Pretty unbelievable!

This was the first time, I have ever had to hire an attorney. I hired him for my son who was involved in a serious crime. Some of the reviews I read didn't like the fact that He was a religious person. Although, for me, that was one of the reasons I did hire him. as I am a believer. He spent a lot of time on his case, and reviewed all the facts and evidence. He remained dedicated to my son, even though he went through back surgery at the time. He stood up for and fought for my son and came through with a very favorable sentencing. Whenever I needed to talk to him and called him, he would always answer me and answer my questions and concerns.
walking out of the courtroom, a man sitting in the back said- He is a very good lawyer! I would Highly recommend Him!!

At first, he came off very confident, a bit self righteous to say the least. I felt confident in my case and so did he so after a consultation I hired him. He said he would call me two days from then ....never did. I had to call constantly to get ANY answers about court, times, meetings, etc. My case was a domestic violence case where I was completley innocent, my ex husband called police to save his own skin basically after beating me up and I got the charge (just a very bs situation). I have never even gotten as much as a traffic ticket so I was very new and so was my mother (who at the time was helping me out with moving, the case, and financially for the time being) at this whole lawyer thing. Our first meeting was awful....he continued to call me "silly" (stupid) multiple times about how I went back to my husband knowing he could have acted violently (which I didnt know) when I already felt bad enough, hurt enough, heart broken enough. Also continued to disrespect my mother for remaining civil with my ex so he would not act out in retaliation (still had my stuff at his house) by ruining my things, only until I could collect the rest. My mother tried to explain why she was in contact and he brushed her off as she was a child herself. I had just finished rehab from struggling with opiates and doing rather well and I was really proud of how far I had come and he talked to me like I was a junkie because I said marijuana helps me (I have my card) he then continued to bash marijuana about how it was an abomination to the earth. When I was giving my statement and going over what had happened that night he was not very sympathetic at all, he continued to tell me he was also a divorce lawyer (wanted more money). Acted as if he wasn't listening and writing things down not as I said them...not even close, and acting annoyed because I was talking too fast... He tried to get me to end my statement several times and several times u had to keep saying..."um...that's not it.." And it wouldn't even be ckose, wouldn't even sound like I was done. He was literally cutting me off every chance he had. By the end of the first meeting he was telling me the chances of getting my case completely dismissed were very high and that he would contact me withing two days. Again I had to call him after waiting four, and he did not want to meet again...he said he had everything he needed and to meet at court...my first court date basically my bond was just extended... He then was supposed to call again within two days...and AGAIN he did not. He did not want to meet up again until my next court date. When that came...we met he was late AGAIN.. and after every thing we went over he kept going in and out if the prosecuters office and eventually he said "I got the plea I wanted" since he advised me not to go to trial. Basically gave me no hope at winning a trial so I felt I had no other choice.. He told me six months probation and some evaluation. I got 9 months thirty hours community service, 4 different evaluations, curfew, and classes. He acted as if he had worked so hard to get that plea in which a cousin of mine who had the very same charge got six months and some classes with a public defender. I now wish I would have just saved my money and gone that route. I feel he did not do his job, he came off confident and collected and come to find out he was only trying to help prosecution. I told him how that was a lot more then what he had said and told him how he had made me feel and he continued to treat me like I was just some junkie. He asked " why are you so upset about probation?.... Because the drugs?" I said.." What drugs?!" I have Ben clean for over a year just successfully completed rehab and was proud if myself (and he took that from me...he made me feel like a real P.O.S) overall he did not do what he said not even close. Very close minded and overall rude. I highly recommend someone else. There was much more disrespect but I have run out spac

When I walked in for this consultation he immediately began talking about himself. He gloated about how he was in the hall of fame for his high school football athletic career, then how he was a priest (or minister), and devoted his life to god. He told me and I quote " God told me that I would better serve him as a lawyer, so I made that decision in 19XX (cant remember year) and I have been practicing every since." He went on to talk about how no one knows the law better than him in the state of Michigan. After a grueling 20 minutes of this guy pumping himself up, he finally addressed my case. I am glad the consultation was free because i wasn't prepared to get his whole life story.
My charge was drug related, but very minimal amounts for personal use was found. He opens up by saying how he hates marijuana and thinks its an abomination to the planet. I am a college graduate who hasn't found work, and he went on to say that the reason I haven't found a job yet is because i smoke marijuana. I wondered if he opens up by insulting all of his clients. Then he tried to council me about why i was using drugs int he first place. I told him I wasn't there for counseling I was there for legal representation, i wanted him to minimize the outcome of my encounter with the police, and i asked him "Are we on the same page?" and Mr Paul Jancha Sr. replied "No." I got up and left. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer. He made what was an already terrible situation, and made me feel worse about it and myself. I know this is a 1-5 Star rating system, but honestly I give him a 0/10 for anyone who has a drug related charge. He will try to save you not represent you. He might be good for non drug related, or completely innocent clients, but for drug related charges... don't even walk through that door, trust me.

At first he talks as someone who cares, but soon after you hire him, he no longer has trust in you, its my oppion hes out for the easy money, hes a sale out at best, other word he will get you a good plea deal, but if your truely innocent, like in my case, then hes not uo for the long haul to defend you, dont waist your time or money with this attorney, You will regret hireing this defence, i know i did. God is my witness he only there to work for the prosecutor and to sale you down the tubes, but dont take my word- take that gamble and you will see for your self. I known this attorney ever sence he was a juvenile court appointed attorney and even then he not worthy of that job
