Honest strait forward attorney. So opinionated and against the grain for the most part I wish he worked in other areas of law. If you had a 1/2 talking with him you're Definately going to love or hate atty kirk. Quite a character. I hope he doesn't find fault with this post. I gave him five stars. Everyone I've spoken with that has used his services loved him.

Atty Kirk assisted me in fighting a traffic ticket (speeding) and worked hard on my behalf to get the ticket reduced to no points. Potentially would have been 3 points on my license. Atty Kirk knows the inside track to getting the work done, on time, at a fair price, and how to fight the corrupt legal system of Berrien county. Highly recommend Attorney Kirk to anyone needing a lawyer. The other lawyers mess around, and try to find reasons to charge their clients more money. They are insiders in the court systems. Attorney Kiryk doesn't play insider games!
