Worked with Barry on a recent legal matter and he was professional and responsive. 3 years ago today, a stranger made a bad decision and caused a ton of grief and loss in my life....after a couple years and some reflection, I turned to Matt at Conybeare to try to get back a little of what I lost..at least the dollars, for no amount of money can really make up for all the pain I had and time that I lost in the grand scheme of things. From my first interaction to the last, I was treated with nothing but respect, compassion and kindness. Thankfully I was able to recover most of my financial losses and feel that I got a fair settlement and can move on with my life. Dear Conybeare Law Office, P.C. Management,
I am writing to bring to your attention a series of distressing interactions I’ve had with a member of your customer service team, which have left me feeling disrespected and unheard.
On multiple occasions, the same representative has prematurely dismissed my inquiries without allowing me to fully explain the context. Despite my attempts to clarify that my current concerns are not medical in nature, she has repeatedly interrupted me, insisting that I require emergency services and refusing to listen to my actual needs.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the quality of service that Conybeare Law Office is known for. It has resulted in a significant loss of trust and has discouraged me from seeking your services for my non-medical cases.
I urge you to review these interactions and take appropriate measures to ensure that all clients are treated with the patience and respect they deserve. I believe that corrective action is necessary to prevent further damage to your company’s reputation and to maintain a standard of excellence in customer relations.
