We made our wills with Luke Schmerberg a decade ago for a very reasonable price. His office made updating our wills simple and convenient. . . Also for a reasonable price!! Family-friendly law office in downtown Saline. Highly recommend!!

Luke has assisted me on two different issues so far. I have trust in him. I would describe him as a young, knowledgeable man with an old soul. Great deal of common sense.

Don't use ! This guy is a crock! I came to him for help over a a real estate problem and he was horrible. He kept getting our case mixed up with someone else's case ! He's horrible and took our $800. And didn't do anything but mess stuff up. k ! I came to him for help back in 2018

Luke successfully assisted navigating a complex inheritance / trust situation. He was communicative and highly focused on finding ways to push the situation forward until it was finally resolved. Highly recommend!

Luke has been an invaluable asset for my family. Everything we have brought to him from crafting wills to basic law questions have been handled in a professional and friendly way. We always get what we need from Luke and within the deadline. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer. Luke is incredible! Not sure I can agree with some of the poor reviews. The law is complicated and that’s why I pay Luke to take care of it.

We've worked with Luke on a number of family planning and estate issues over the years. He's always been able to ascertain what outcome we desire, and then guide us through the easiest path there. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

I would not recommend Luke at this firm. Both me and my current husband used him. He didn’t forward information about our cases until we requested them. Many times too late. He never answered calls or emails. But he sure would bill you for anything even if you didn’t ask for it. He is the reason my husband is now representing himself and most likely the reason he lost his case so far. I have to return to court to enforce my JOD and will not be using him. He put a clause in the JOD that wasn’t to my best interest. Taught me to always do your research even with your own attorney.

Luke is representing a good friend of mines ex wife and has made portrayed my name in emails with out ever consulting me. I have tried to contact him numerous times to clear my name. He has not returned my call and has instructed his secretary to tell me he will not speak to me no matter what and it’s not even about the case. Do not hire him shameful that a attorney does these things without facts.

Don't waste your time with these guys! They advertise for construction law but Luke does not understand that a construction company that damages neighboring property has separate liability from the homeowner! Avoid!
