I don’t normally write reviews but I’m making an exception. When my life was turned upside down due to an auto accident I had the good fortune to have Dave represent me. This is a man of integrity, honesty and humility. If you’re looking for a loud, brash or coercive attorney, go somewhere else. Dave possesses the leadership qualities that elicits respect and win cases. He is also highly respected within his field. I know this because I’ve seen it when other attorneys introduce themselves him. His team is highly organized, respectful and responsive. They followed up quickly with my requests, they politely reminded me of important deadlines, and kept me informed throughout this lengthy, frustrating and complicated process. Dave listened without interrupting and he presented all of the information without trying to steer us in any one direction. He’s completely transparent (no hidden agenda) and wise beyond words. During one meeting, near the end of my case, we were in a room with 5 attorneys, including two from opposing counsel. On Dave’s side of the table there sat my case file, bound with tabbed sections for easy access to key information. On the opposing counsel’s side all I saw was a two inch stack of paper. Guess who won the case? Thank you, Dave!

Far as keeping in touch with my lawyer I'm the one who calls and check up on my case I had my review in September 2017 I was told that I would have a decision in 7/8 weeks it's February 1st and I still haven't heard anything and again I'm the one calling checking on my case instead of the lawyer calling me keeping me updated and I keep hearing the same thing that the judge is behind on his work it's bad enough that you have to wait for a year and a half just to see the judge you would think that they would get back with you in a manner of time you have to rob Peter to pay Paul all this time now Peter is tired Peter needs to know something I hit the star for a 1 by accident because I know it's not the lawyer fault but some way some how it needs to get better I give them a 3
