The W tax group has been a wonderful company to work with. Both Jamie and Augie care, and do everything in their power to help the client as much as is humanly possible. There were many times that they were in contact with me on a weekend, or after hours, even during the holidays. I couldn't have asked for a better support team.

I went to the W tax group bc my ex claimed our child in my year to get the Covid money. Although we lost (I guess the IRS doesn’t respect or acknowledge court orders), the W tax group did everything in their power to help. I worked with Jamie W. and she was awesome! She called and contacted me multiple times and tried several different avenues including amendments and appeals. All the while she was keeping me in the loop and taking care of my situation with empathy as if it was hers. She was patient and took whatever time necessary to explain what was going on. She was quick with response time and was flexible to my schedule. I never felt out of the loop of what was going on, and she was always quick to respond to my questions.

Steven was so awesome in helping me resolve a serious tax issue. I am so thankful for his tax knowledge!

I never planned to use an attorney that was out of state from me. However, after reading all of the previous positive reviews, I took a leap of faith. It was the best decision ever! The entire staff exceeded my expectations! Due to the complex nature of my case, I worked with them for almost 2 years. Each time I contacted any of the staff, they were ALWAYS immediately responsive. Often picking up on the first ring or answering an email or text in less than 5 minutes! They were as kind to me on day one as they were at the end of my case. Mr. Arbulu is a phenomenal tax attorney! In no way did I ever feel like just a case #. I was Alerted to a tax issue with the State of Nj , I contacted Steve and Him and the tax Group took the situation which was very stressful and turned it into a very positive experience. I came out on top not owing anything and even getting money back from the IRS and State. I truly appreciate the work they put in as I was working a lot of hours, no way could this have happened without them and they Legit care and know what they are doing !

I never hired this company for audit representation after the first call I had with Yvonne. It was so disheartening, I was literally in tears afterwards. This was the first consultation I'd had, and she basically said - well you are just stuck paying what they said you owe (which isn't correct, and I've sent documentation to prove it.) After I got off the phone with her, thank goodness I spoke with another lawyer right away from another company. He was kind and considerate and listened to my whole story. He told me he didn't think I even needed a lawyer and that the documentation I'd sent was probably sufficient, but if not, to give him a call and he'd help me out. What a difference! On this initial call, I didn't feel like I was treated with respect, or that my case was even heard. I felt like I was being screened for the actual lawyers working the cases. I rarely leave bad reviews, but audit's are serious business and they come with heavy emotional ties. Please consider that how you handle each incoming call can make or break someone's day/week. If you are going to screen people, please make sure that the people screening have enough information to even give any feedback, and if they don't - it's fine to just say, I will take this information to the lawyer and see what he/she says about it and then get back to you later.

When I say that this is truly a team that will work hard to help you in a difficult time I am saying it with the biggest challenge I have ever faced in my adult life just lifted off my chest and done quickly. We are not even done with my case but the quick work they did for me in a very complicated situation that not only certainly spelled out doom for my personal financial situation but would of taken the business I have worked on building for the last 13 years down. They immediately jumped in to action and were able to communicate clearly and effectively on what needed to be done. Then acted in what I can only call lightning speed! We are not out of the water yet and I will be working with them for full resolution but just to know they took the things that were going to be so detrimental and cared enough to make it a top priority was such a huge blessing to my family, myself, and my business. If you are on the fence don't be this is 100% the company to work with!

Claiming to be expert but instead accusing me of lying about the returns. That’s why paid Urbulu to represent in behalf of me because we are out of town. This lawyer has no right to judge me because I paid him. The retainer is gone even before the scheduled date with the IRS revenue officer. Anyway, never pay this group because he will scare you. It’s a scam. Never again!
