Very rude with no useful information or help ... absolutely no considering anyone's well being at all...very un professional and rude ...illegal collection practices and very preditory please do not bother to use this firm for anything at all they need a law suit brought against them for illegal practice and civil rights violations I received absolutely no notice of what their actions were going to be with my issue just started a garnishment after sending the notice to the wrong address and are willing to do absolutely nothing about the issue someone needs to do something about this...the state general attorney will be contacted by me and others should follow suit they need to be shut down

I am at awe with the extreme level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this law firm. Being rude seems to be the company culture. The employees are very comfortable speaking disrespectfully to their customers. This is supposed to be a law firm with educated personnel providing services. They are the prime example of how people can pay for school, but you can’t buy class. Total LOSERS!!!!!!

They are very unprofessional. They’ve over charged me in a garnishment. They don’t return phone calls nor respond to requests in a timely fashion. One person said my account was over paid and that I should be reimbursed. Another called me back and said it was an error and that all I owe them was $354. 14 days later they garnished my check for $405. Due to the pandemic (covid 19) they have not been in the office so I’m just out of luck. They will continue to garnish until they can go back to work in the office. Sad but true‼️

Worse place ever...are thefts behind the law

If you’re ever in financial trouble and this place gets your debt, I am so sorry for you. They literally lie, cheat, and steal and make it harder and harder to get out of debt. Like another reviewer said, you get a default judgment against you without being served and they ruin your credit score and your life.
