I was referred to Moss & Colella in 2018 following a car accident. I cannot tell you how confident and safe I felt knowing that I was in good hands. David, and Ryan made sure that I always had any questions or concerns addressed in a timely manner. I appreciated their compassion, and understanding as I got emotional, and the reassurance they provided, made me feel important and valued as a client. I was involved in a vehicle accident that left me with multiple injuries. I was referred to David Moss by a good friend and his work speaks volumes. I told one of my health care providers that I had David Moss of Moss and Colella, representing me. Hid response was “you are lucky to be on his side and not the opposing side”. I knew then that I had chosen the best. David Moss was able to get the insurance company to settle my case immediately in regards to my pain and suffering, some medical bills, as well as other expenses that were incurred. In the long term, David was able to have the insurance company pay the remaining medical bills that had accumulated after the original settlement. That victory is a blessing as those costs were more than I could possibly afford on my own.
