I contacted Andrew McCullough, based on a recommendation made by a friend, after I discovered that the living will and power of attorney completed by another local lawyer was not thorough enough to protect me and my estate. I was very impressed with the comprehensive scope of the work done. He explained what all of the documents covered and why it was important to include them. He was also fun to work with. I was very pleased and impressed by his work.

I got hurt in a demolition project in December of 2015, I can't explain to you how many broken bones and surgeries I had,I went to 4 attorney's that are on tv,they denied my case because they don't want to work hard, let me tell you something about bob Giroux, he is a great attorney and friend ,I seen this guy in action with other attorneys in the same room he will make all of them look bad, I really think he is the godfather of attorneys . PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING. I want to warn everyone so they don't have to go through the horrible experience I did. Paul Broschay is who I worked with. He is a complete amateaur. The amount of unprofessionalism he showed appalled me. I had to hound him down for months, yes months, which then turned into one year, for a response. I would email, call, leave voicemails, fax, etc. Daily. He took months & months to get back with me. This caused me much mental distress. Many anxiety attacks. The stress of trying to contact someone for one year, and not knowing where my case stood for an entire year. He did absolutely nothing in that year except have me sign a few HIPAA forms & answer a questionnaire. He delayed what could have been a stronger case. He then after one year of ignoring me & doing nothing, finally switched me over to another lawyer as I desired. Not to mention he waited months until he finally filed the suit upon meeting, only a couple days before the deadline. He almost made me lose my case to begin with. He lacks the professionalism & basic skills of communication and respect a lawyer should have. The funny part is he was angry at me for calling & trying to reach him & tried to blame me for his actions as if I was a bother... I will NEVER recommend him or this office to anyone for that matter.

My husband and I were so happy with Andrew McCulloch and the way he handled our case. He was easy to talk to and explained the process of what we were doing so that we fully understood and felt comfortable with the choices that were made.
