Worst Company ever!!!!! I filed bankrupt with them back in 2018 they were not taking the money out of my account they said they were and Months had went by and it was not done finally they had me on auto pay for a few months.Then I asked for the info myself and started paying it. I asked the Receptionist what I still owed she said 500 something. I kept tract of all my payments I had paid 550. I called the Receptionist to ask if I still had a balance and she said it was 100 something so I paid that. Now here is 2021 and they saying I still owed 342. The last person I was working with he left so when I was e-mailing him I wasnt getting a response. so I had to keep calling the receptionist to find out my balance. I feel like if I still had a balance why wait 2yrs then Email me this? Scammers Never again with this company.

I worked with Maxwell Dunn about a year and 1/2 ago. At that time I was 22, working a part time job, barely making ends meet, and drowning in debt. I had no idea how to fix it.. Then, I found Maxwell Dunn. I had worked with Anthony Smith and Tierney. Anthony went over my options with me on how to tackle my debt. He advised me that the best option would be to file a chapter 7. Tierney was the lawyer that stood by me through the court process. She was very nice and answered any questions and eased any concerns that I had. I took financial courses (provided and required by the firm) and now I have a better understanding of how my finances work and how to handle them. In less than a year after filing bankruptcy I was able to: finance a new car, open a credit line, and increase my credit score. I did all of this in less than 2 years time! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Maxwell Dunn Law! Thanks to you, I am now debt free and financially stable!
