After my husband's accident I didn't know what to do. I could remember only Lee's commercial. I am glad I did. Franci Silver has gone above and beyond. She never let's us sit and wonder, when we have a question. She has taken the time to explain things so that both my husband and I understood what was going and why. She has always answered my call or email telling me every time that I am not bother or that I worry for nothing. Lee should thank his lucky stars he has Franci.
