Their Junior Associate Attorney, Stephanie Ducastel is the most unprofessional and unorganized person that I’ve dealt with at this firm. I’ve also heard multiple times that Stephanie likes to tell people she can “make things happen and make their life very hard” and uses this firms name as a back up for those claims. It’s very sad and gives people an uncomfortable feeling about this firm. I have no ill will towards the gentleman that run this firm, just thought these things should be brought to their attention. Thanks!

There aren’t enough stars to express how grateful I am to Jamie Ryke and Dawn Santamarina for handling my father’s probate case. I hired and fired two firms before I called their office and asked if there were any real litigators working there- my family had had more than enough excuses from timid paper pushing probate attorneys. We were up against terrible odds and had little evidence at first, but through persistent and strategic legal methods Jamie and Dawn managed to do the impossible. No matter how bad things looked they were right there with us, never once giving false hope or making light of what my family was going through. Despite all odds I can sleep now because truth and integrity exist in a small corner of the world today, none of which would have been possible without these people. This experience brought me to some of the most desperate and exhausting places I’ve ever been, but I didn’t feel alone for one moment with them at my back. If you’re in a dog fight (and what probate case isn’t?) Jamie is the bulldog/mastiff mix you’re looking for, and Dawn’s patience and diligence is unmatched in any legal counsel I’ve ever come across. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, they are hands down the best representation anyone could ask for.

Dawn was assigned our probate case for the firm. We truly appreciated Dawn's professional, expedient and responsive service. She kept us informed every step of the way. The case was completed in a timely matter considering the COVID restrictions. Where she had control over the process Dawn was on it.

I can’t help but give Mr. Thav and this firm a five star review. He is a consummate professional, gets on the business at hand and gives it to you straight. In addition he’s friendly and makes you feel at ease. Would use him again without hesitation?
