Avoid these attorneys! It seemed they were working for the defendant's insurance company, instead of on my behalf. They used false info. from the defendant, instead of reviewing my medical file. Then after discovering it to be false, brought it back up AGAIN during the settlement hearing! It was like I was fighting for myself. My medical provider had to correct them when they withheld the check. They then unethically lied about me to another client who was also in the accident, and told her I called them names, which is not even in my character.

Would not use this firm or affiliated firms they will only take your case if they can make THERE MONEY...they do not care if your in pain..about to loose feeling in your leg...all they care about is making themselves look good in there cases that is cut in stone...they are to affraid to take on a real case...pretty sad these lawyers today are not like they used to be cared about there clients

they took my case said it was a solid case waited 1 year gave it to another attn todd stern he called said i dont want this case they both threw it away but waited 1 year dont call lee if he would of stayed on my case it might of been ok i got a great attn now got right on it in 1 week so you get lee if you dont want nothing and wait 1 year then they couldnt tell me there self just gave it to todd he never wanted it they knew that just to get out so they didnt have 2 tell me nothing lol gl dont call lee Debra

He got me 10 grand for dog bite well after his cut I was left with about 5400 but that's alot considering the fact that I wasn't going to sue at first thanks lee

I brought my mom in to see Mr. Schultz because she was losing her home. He made time to see us on a weekend. He made us feel really comfortable and was extremely patient with us. We hired him and he saved my mom's home. His staff was nice and always available. I reccomend him to everyone I know who has financial problems and needs to file for bankruptcy.
