I called in early July, my insurance company told me I was covered for sewage backup and flood however, when my basement backed up my insurance company said "Nope, no coverage" I proceeded to tell my insurance company; "I know I'm covered, you told me I am" I was so frustrated and called Mr. Hamawi, his para legal answered the phone and told me that there's nothing that can be done because of the nature of the situation. Linda did advise me to reach out to the State, which I did. The state ended up investigating (Joke Insurance company) and said insurance company reached out "Wanting to work things out" I ended up getting paid for my claim! Thanks to Mr. Hamawi and his staff, they didn't have to refer me to the state, but they did and I ended up getting paid for almost all my damaged property. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of went down the route I did.
