I contacted ADAM for a divorce and custody of my minor children. I chose ADAM because they were quick to respond and focus on helping men through a process that can be seen as bias against men. Tracey Kane was assigned to my case and worked diligently to help me through all aspects of the divorce, custody, property split, and asset division. Tracey’s confidence and knowledge kept me well informed and prepared for each step of the process. The end the result was more than favorably fair toward me and my children’s benefit.

Straight to business. Helpful as I desired

Great representation on a very acrimonious custody case with a bitter, litigious, and toxic ex-wife. My ex was suing me to take away my consent in a politically unpopular custody issue. I hired ADAM because they represent men and I was hoping that my representation would see it from a father's rights and man's point of view. I have a right to protect my children. My attorney argued successfully for my rights to be concerned about medical issue. The court ruled in my favor, and ruled the case closed. My kids are safe and protected. It was a big victory due mostly to the way my attorney argued the case with facts, evidence, and without the emotion that the other side always flings to muddy the waters. The court was able to see that my concerns are legitimate and I am trying to make sure that my children are safe. It's wonderful to win a custody issue! Thank you Rebecca and ADAM! Well done!

My family was very fortunate to have found Mr. Hamawi when looking for an attorney. Already overwhelmed by my case, I was calmed by his professionalism and patient explanations. Just spoke with an attorney for ADAM and like the Uber drivers in Chicago, if a fare/ retainer is not large enough, they want nothing to do with you. Turn and earn is a fine formula, but, for those who hope for a professional attorney, it only leads to the clients demise. I don’t mean to be cynical but I had hoped for something more than the generic legal jargon. I am happy to save myself the $125 consultation fee which would have been a total waste knowing how the money rolls downhill,in the the judicial game.Their response was no different than that of my wife’s attorney. You would think they have meetings to go over how the best way to pay themselves and not help those who need it the most. Typical attorney to denigrate those who feel slighted by the money grab that is legal representation. Why do you think I went at it alone? I am sorry that after six months of handling your own divorce and repeatedly violating court orders and being completely unreasonable that you’re not happy with where things are. I did not believe your conspiracy theories and said as much and you are choosing to be offended by that. Sorry your feel that way. Two years after handling my divorce on my own, I look back confident that not retaining this law firm was a superb decision. Learned so much about the process and it confirmed that my earlier review was correct. Except for the extreme amount of paperwork, I got what I wanted from the process.
