I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing he is. He knows the law and gets it DONE! I’ve been knowing him and I have been his client for over 22 years. I was in a hit and run car accident and my son was born at 24weeks. He’s 22 years old today with cerebral palsy. Alan got everything my child and I deserved and some. Alan is like family to me. Alan Whittenberg is a bulldog. I have known him for over 15 years and he has helped numerous friends including myself and family after the death of my mother. He took our case when Fieger's firm gave it back to us with two weeks left on the statute of limitations, filed for an extension and we received a settlement just under cap. He is amazing.
