To call Johnny Hawkins an Attorney, is a joke. He runied my son's civil case, warrior should never be in his vocabulary, when he refers to himself, the word should be wimpy, he was working with the defendant's attorneys, he was afraid of them, so he helped them sabotage my son's case, he helped the defendant's who lied, committed fraud, perjury, from the Judges to the defenfant's and their attorneys, broke the law, filed false documents, forged documents, violated me and my son's rights. Johnny Hawkins never did anything to fight for my son, the dishonest, deceitful attorneys for the Southfield Police department filed false charges aganist me to win the case. They conspired with State Farm Insurance company, to have my benefits cut. Johnny Hawkins didn't file things, he was supposed to. He didn't know the rules or the law, I had to tell him he had to respond to the defendant's motion for Summary Judgement, my son and I would tell him, what the law was and he would tell us, not to tell him anything, because we weren't lawyers, Johnny Hawkins is an Incompetent attorney. I am so appreciative of the work Mr. Lewis has done for me. After not having a valid drivers license for many years Mr. Lewis was able to help me change that. He walked me through the process every step of the way. Any questions I had he took the time to thoroughly explain everything. My appeal for my license was a little complicated but that didn't concern him one bit. He hit the ground running and worked very hard on my case and went above and beyond. I can't thank him enough because I now have my driving privilege's back and all thanks to him. He really helped me get my life back on track. I have been going through a 2nd DUI charge battling back and fourth with 1 of the top 3 hardest judges in Michigan. 52/3 district Court. One of the stipulations I had to go through for this charge was 24 months of strict, lots of testing probation. With all the crazy stuff they made me do, it was almost as they were setting people up to fail. Long story short I violated over something so small and stupid. But with LOTS of alcohol and drug priors, although it doesn't sound like a huge deal, this case was in the judges eyes. I was facing a year maximum sentence to jail with the recommendation from PO being to only do 90 days and revoke probation. I had just started an awesome career and am about to be married. I was tripping out i could not go to jail and lose my job or my fiance!!! So I google the number 1 lawyers for criminal defense in Oakland County. Randy and his team popped right up. That day went into his office and hired him on the spot. I had never had a lawyer before so I was sick to my stomach and felt so hopeless. I was able to do an online web meeting with the judge, he made a sweet deal and got my jail time completely wiped with no more probation. All I had to agree to do was enter into a sobriety program for pretty much the remainder of what my proabtion time would have still been. The stress is gone and all goes back to normal. Long story short. I received a call that could have ruined my life, my wife and I were distraught... an innocent man accused of serious allegations. One phone call to Randy Lewis and a week later the innocent man is cleared of any wrong doings.
