My overall experience I was very impressed and satisfied with Josh and Marita. The both of them kept me informed about my case from day one and I would recommend the Mike Morse Law Firm to anyone.

I was rear ended back in April of this year (2024) and called this firm to help. I went through 2 different attorneys and neither were much help. I've never sued anyone before and didn't have a clue how it worked. They started out telling me since nothing showed up on xrays, to go to a chiropractor, which I did 3 x's a week for months. Then I was referred to physical therapy, which I did for a couple of weeks. My husband lost his (our) health insurance and I could no longer afford to keep doing anything medical. I called my attorney and she suggested I get an MRI. Which was going to cost around $1500, and I didn't have that much money laying around. I had a concussion, bruised ribs and whiplash. My neck is still a mess!!! The first time I spoke to Tracy, i asked if I had a case and she said, if you got hurt, you have a case. Apparently not! I asked Helen (my 2nd attorney) about going after the other driver for negligence and she said it was the same thing as pain and suffering. It isn't! I could not afford an MRI so they more or less said without that MRI, they couldn't help me. Now I see on their website about minor injuries etc, so I'm still SO CONFUSED!! My car was totaled, and I was and still am, in pain and I guess corporate greed is strong in that office because all I can assume is that my case wouldn't have made them enough money. Which I called Sam Bernstein before this firm and they at least came right out and told me, my case wasn't big enough for their office. This one started out saying if I was injured, I have a case. I was and am highly disappointed! I wasn't asking for millions, just enough to get a new car and cover all of the medical bills I'd incurred. But Tracy and Cindy, were both super nice!! That's the only positive thing about this firm.

With the backpacks for kids and their support of animals for adoption, you can see that they really care about the community. I would 100% recommend the Mike Morse law firm to anyone. You can see that they care about their clients in what could be the scariest time of the client’s life. I wish that could give 10 stars.
