I am a disabled vet. I went to SSD to get my disability as I had been in the workforce for over 30 years and was struggling to make end meet. The Rothstein Law Group took on my case after the SSD had denied my claim. I was pleased that they handled the medical records and the court case, getting me the disability benefits I have paid into since I was a teen.

I was referred to this law firm and it was the worst mistake of my life. They did nothing with my case, never returned phone calls, and worst of all, they never prepared me for trial. Instead, my litigation attorney Bill Harsha and trial attorney David Palmiere settled my case with the insurance company without my knowledge or permission. They tried to bully me into settling after I had already fired them. Most incriminating of all, they told me they negotiated a fee in my best interest and their law firm would NOT be charging me a fee, and I should take the money and run, neglecting to tell me I could still be sued for medical bills. Point blank, I'm convinced they were bought and paid for by the insurance company. Don't gamble on these wolves... you'll get eaten, if not bitten, guaranteed. Vicious liars and a poorly dressed bagman masquerading as an attorney, willing to sell their clients out best describes this law firm. Beware!!!!!

It was a pleasure having Rothstein Law Group represent me in my time of need. Doing a time that was most unpleasant for me, everyone was so genuinely pleasant.
