The process was very convenient and simple. My 90 mph in a 70 mph ticket was lowered to a no point violation. The only thing I would change is when I received the court summons. I was not contacted by elimitix so I did not know if they received the summons. An email would have been nice but contacting them wasn't that big of a deal. It would be five stars if it wasn't for that issue.

Had a Traffic Ticket with 1 point, they helped me to reduce to no point. Good Service, Modern approach, They have website and ticket status is maintained and more over they have chat service which is a big plus, when ever you have any doubts on your ticket you can chat with them. And price is competitive.

Had a speeding ticket that would have given me points plus a 170 ticket. I have a history of speeding tickets so i didnt want the points. Decided to try them out. They charge by the court area. $130 to them later they took care of the court case and got it down to no points and a lower priced ticket. Good amount of contact and were very clear with how to do it via their site. Their site is slow with updates via email but if you check for the court date via calling the court at least a half a week after setting it up with them they will be able to tell you the date. Expect to pay something on the day of the case and your good. They will call you after to tell you the amount so check your voicemail or phone.

I had a speeding ticket of 20 over on the freeway. They got it reduced to impeding traffic! No points and no insurance rate increase. Highly recommend them

Great for helping with tickets

My son James age 37 received a guilty verdict, after he was assigned Attorney Webster-Cox as a court appointed attorney to defend him. Attorney Webster-Cox ”Forgot” to submit evidence (a statement) written by the victim that would have blatantly proven his innocence. She started to him that she over looked the statement ”as spam” that was emailed to her by the prosecutor. This was a injustice to my son and his family. Not a 2nd thought was given by attorney webster-cox as it related to this wrongful conviction. His DNA was found on the victim because they was 2 teenagers having consensual, unprotected sex after playing hookie from school in November 1997. He rec’d 25-50 yrs at age 37, taken away from his children for a crime he never committed. How this attorney and his Prosecutor sleep at night I could never imagine. A bad representation of our Justice system. Then to receive an court appointed appeals attorney that is even worst, without any regard to a young innocence man freedom. Later, to learn the two of them are acquainted. In the end God will judge us all for our actions while on this earth. Beware

The service was seamless w no trouble. Friendly & courteous communication. Got results as I had hoped, reducing highway speeding 16 mph over to 1-5 over/impeding traffic 0 points! Would have given them 5 * w only dissatisfaction when I was called and given the outcome and told to pay fine as soon as possible. I was not told it had to be that same day! Typically you're given a grace period to pay fines, and if I was told by Elimitix agent I had to do it immediately, I would have stopped and immediately processed. I was charged $175 rather than the $130 for "late" payment that was made 4 days after! It would have been even better if agent had processed the payment with me on the line, and provided the FULL service. Otherwise, happy overall with the ease in which Elimitix handled the legal representation, and the results obtained.

Got my ticket reduced from speeding to impeding traffic which is a non moving offense, saving me literally hundreds on potential insurance cost hikes. Highly recommended.

I only took down my review because the owner called me personally and pretty much begged for me to remove! & After seeing the response I decided to add back Very unprofessional, the point is I was trying to be a Paying customer only reason for calling, I would be arrested waiting on the turtle movement or just a simple follow up! I suggest do it yourself takes a little longer but better than paying for terrible service 12/5/21,& I gave the rating then because of lies NO response Never a 24 hr call later it's a complete lie period! When you wrong a potential customer who really needs the help people should know about your services, you should tell the truth!

I am an attorney with a very busy practice. I do not have the time to handle traffic matters. I refer all my traffic clients to Elimitix. They do an excellent job. My clients have all come back to me with excellent reviews. They are a great team.
