Mr. Mikos helped me through a 1st OWI offense case. While I was a complete wreck from start to sentencing he remained calm, professional, and patient with me, and provided me with "the end in sight" mentality. While he couldn't guarantee specifics for my case, his knowledge and expertise was spot on! I went into every court appearance prepared and as calm as can be, because he had given me every situation possible. He walked me through each step and provided clarification all the way. I would highly recommend him for any defensive case. He made the worst experience of my life as hopeful and reassuring as possible. Mr. Mikos is an outstanding attorney. While most litigators I've met appear to suffer from narcissistic personality disorder and the Dunder-Kruger effect, Mr. Mikos is intelligent, humble and trustworthy. He is also reasonably priced, and even told me I did not have to pay for a letter if it did not meet my standards. I had been dealing with a difficult health care provider (and her moron of an attorney) who became combative when a family member asked her to share medical files with me under HIPAA law. First they tried to frame our attempts to obtain access as "harassment", which is why I contacted Mr. Mikos, given his criminal defense expertise. He quickly shut that down in a letter to opposing counsel explaining our rights. Then they changed course and threatened to sue me for "defamation" if I did not withdraw a complaint I had made regarding HIPAA violations. Mr. Mikos also quickly shut that down in a letter telling them that their lawsuit had no merit and we would seek sanctions if they tried to file one. We have not heard from them since, and the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is now investigating this health care provider for multiple privacy violations and intimidation of a patient. Thanks to Mr. Mikos' letters, we were able to shut the bullies down and I have a trail of documentation that the OCR is now using as evidence in their investigation.

Mr. Mikos' experience and expertise was clearly evident in his defense of my case. He secured a favorable judgment, and made this, my first (and last) experience in court, a more tolerable experience than it could have been, thanks to, among other things, his calm demeanor, and eloquence in the courtroom.

Andrew did an exceptional job helping me to handle a traffic violation. He was very responsive and helpful. He represented me in court and was able to get the violation reduced, just as he assured me he would.

I hired Andrew Mikos to help out with getting my driver license back. I was worried that if I went in all by myself I wouldn’t have a chance. Going into my legal situation my biggest worry was getting a lawyer who didn't really care about the outcome of the case and was looking for a quick money grab. Not only was he beyond fair with his fees, he was very nice about the timing of payments and helped me with a payment plan. I obtained Andrew's representation in August of 2016, in a sticky case, where it took 5 months for any court dates to be set. During those 5 months of waiting he was beyond helpful to anything me or my family had concerns about. And even more so once the legal process started. After the first court date where things weren't supposed to go in my favor but they did, me and my family were shocked at how well spoken, and how firm he was. Especially in a very rich, very strict city, with strict judges. He made my worries about my future much easier to bare. From there his help was even more substantial. Prior to sentencing, My mother was in constant contact with him as I was unable to contact anyone for a few weeks due to Medical reasons. He told her not to have me worry about anything except my health, which again put me at ease. Sentencing took place and all odds were stacked against me, but I came out of it barely unscathed. He possesses everything a good lawyer should. I will be forever in debt to Andrew for what he's done for me and my family, And I will continue to send clients his way and use him for any future questions or issues I have.
