Kevin Kashat and Jacob were quite rude at times, and were very short with me. You stuck me with Medical Bills that YOUR OFFICE was supposed to handle,and instead Kevin Kashat sends me Medical Bills in the mail as of TODAY that HE was supposed to get PAID LAST YEAR! They did not really help with the exception of there office being paid from Progressive. They ignored my constant questions regarding suing for the lack of airbags that did not go off during my crash, and ignored my request to get started with suing the person that hit me full speed on Telegragh and Grand River. I filed bankruptcy, and Kevin sent this bs letter regarding how he's unable to help me all of a sudden...after not helping me or answering questions that I asked OVER the period of almost 3 years! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
