I was in a car accident in September 30, 2020 this a law firm has helped me in so many ways that I can’t thank them enough. I am so thankful and grateful that my sisters picked this law firm for me. I did not have to come out of one dollar for any doctors visit services medication‘s , walkers physical therapy , case managers, therapist counselors, anything they took care of everything for me I had so much support from this law firm. From my first phone call with Sam Elia to meeting with the attorneys in his office, I knew I had made the right choice. I had been referred to Elia and Ponto by two close friends after being rear-ended on the freeway. I was hesitant to work with a lawyer and now am so relieved I did as I needed a lot of care. Every member of Sam’s team made sure I had the proper medical care at all times. While it’s been a long road of healing, they helped me find my way through and what would have been an extremely difficult process if I didn’t have Sam as my attorney. Sam placed my care in high regard, explaining everything in a way that made sense. I have had calls or texts returned promptly every time, even around the holidays. When I was anxious about something, his team helped me through the process. Sam, Kevin, Catia, Nicholas, Darnell, Ameer were all a part of making a terrible experience (car accident) bearable with proper medical care and consistent attention. This is a firm that truly cares. The settlements will help going forward and I am grateful to have been represented by this top tier firm. Oh, I should mention, also that this was all done during the height of the pandemic, 2020.... This office Elia & Ponto these people are fair and they're great to work with. They are just like the commercials say we don't get paid unless you do.and the client is always in charge of what's going on.I would recommend this law office to anyone who's been in an accident and had an injury.
