I would NEVER recommend this firm to ANYONE!!!! Sally Moore LIED, stole a LOT of my money!! Where is it that the attorney takes it upon themselves to PAY ANY of a client's bills??!!! And her check was ALMOST as mich as MINE!!! She's RUDE, she hung up in my face when I told her that I was taking my complaint on her to the BAR! I ALSO left several messages with Adam Ponto...he has NOT returned my calls as of today!! I got ripped off, waiting 2 1/2 years , from someone I TRUSTED!! I will do ALL that I have to to tell EVERYBODY NOT to deal with this firm! They're CROOKS!!!!

My attorney Ameer did a great job and, he's fine

Sally Moore is the absolutely worst attorney . She represented my boyfriend in his auto accident injury case. She is very rude always has attitude. Very difficult to deal with . She stole his money and mine ,I was suppose to get paid for household services and did not . She gave us some generic receipt showing the break down of his settlement and where the money went to none of which made sense .She Did not tell him important info he needed to know such as he has 28 days to make a decision about offer that was made to him regarding settlement . Did not tell him you cannot bring police report or ticket that the other party received from accident into evidence at trial . She showed up to his trial unprepared. Never showed picture of his vehicle that was involved in accident . Video shows the date she did depositions with witnesses was the week before the trial and .never showed diagram of accident . She showed up to his trial with attitude never spoke to him unless she had to .Made several calls and emails to Adam Ponto he never responded . He originally signed with Adam to represent him and some how Sally Moore took over his case . Do not ever let Sally Moore represent you , And to respond to the generic response you left on my review you don’t care to talk to Donnie about his case Adam Ponto he called you several times while his case was going on you never once returned his call and we also sent you a lengthy email After trial that you never responded to . All this is now is damage control because now You are starting to get bad reviews . Your commercial Says WINNING IS NO ACCIDENT no letting Eli and Ponto represent you is a ACCIDENT!!!!!
