Talked to Steve mamat about a traffic violation outside of mi and was very helpful answering all of my questions on the best way to handle it.

Elimitix saved me from points on my license, i never had to do anything but upload the ticket photo. Literally. In the end i had to pay about 2x the cost of the original ticket (half to him half in court fees) but it was reduced to impeding traffic without any points. How can i complain about that though? I saved loads by not getting hosed from my insurance, probably the amount of the ticket each month. I seriously couldn't be happier when they gave me the news and surprised how easy they made it. Highly recommend them!!!!!!!

I have referred elimitix to several people. I edited my review because one bad experience shouldn’t determine the quality of a company. They do what they say. Saved me tons of money because I didn’t have to take more Time off work to go fight the tickets myself. This is a great service to have especially for people with busy schedules. I would like to say they did get the ticket taken care of for me and I did not have to go to court. The problem I had was communication. After I paid the money I received a court date email. The day of court I did not hear anything sobinbegan to call elimitix. I ended up calling 5 times. There was never anyone to talk to. Always got the answering service. Left 5 messages and no return call. This was over 5 days. I sent emails without a response. I was thinking they forgot about me and that I would have a warrant for my arrest and no license because I missed court. I was going to call it he court but I figured I would try the chat section on their site. FINALLY I got ahold of someone and the postponed my date. What a relief. On the day of court I finally RECIEVED a voice mail that said it was taken care of but there was a fine. I paid the fine. A week later I got a letter from the court. They had given me the wrong amount for the ticket and I still owed more. Ordeal is finally over. Ticket is taken care of. They did what they said. The only reason I hired them was so I didn't have to take the day off work otherwise I would have went to court myself. Very happy it's over. They really need to work on their communication. They did not even update the ticket status on their web site. If I would have RECIEVED a text of email during the ordeal I would have given a 5. Should have given a lower rating because of the heart attack they gave me by not responding but that would not be fair. Great service if they would just communicate better.

Listen to me... this guy is seriously the best traffic attorney hands down in michigan and hands down the best price you will get for it. i have used him twice all ready. his website, you go to it and upload your ticket, that's all you do and you pay online. he basically calls you when he sets everything up. he goes to court for you, you don't do anything at all. key things here... i had a speeding ticket and i didnt show up to court on time. he got the points off the ticket. even though i was late, no points. next ticket, like 5 months later, i was going 90 in a 55... okay that is like over even the top range of speeding tickets. HE GOT IT DISMISSED.. NO POINTS AND NO MONEY OWED. yes.. it was amazing. i honestly paid less to him than i would have paid for the ticket itself. trust me... if you get a ticket.... just hire this guy and he will take care of it for you. he knows his way around the system and he is cool to talk to, you won't have any issues. i know i will go to him if i get another ticket for sure. i even told my co workers, they were cracking up at how i managed to get my ticket dismissed from this guy. if anyone at my job gets a ticket, i will hire him for sure. also.. i was quoted around $800 by another lawyer for a traffic ticket... no where near worth it in anyway shape or form.. they are trying to rip you off out there. just go with elimitix!!!!!!

I contacted Steve a couple months ago due to a speeding ticket well-earned at DTW. Fast-forward to this week and the ticket is now a parking violation. That was the easiest ticket fight and best outcome I've ever had. Easiest interaction with a lawyer, too. I strongly recommend contacting Steve if you find yourself in the same position I did.

They are known for responding quickly and getting your traffic ticket reduced to a no point violation! This company is confident and has a lot of experience. Mr. Rosenberg is amazing as an attorney, very knowledgeable and also personable (insists you call him david) I was referred to him from more then one person and extremely glad I took their advice..Hes honest right up front and will tell you how he can help you and or if he can't..Hes very well respected by others and goes over and beyond with the work he was hired to do..I now also highly recommend him...He saved me!!

Talks about irrelevant topics such as what he's going to be doing for Christmas.... he should add a third language to his resume, because every other word in his sentence was a curse word, even in "Arabic" all he knew was curse words, it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Did I mention that he double booked a court day, and told another lawyer to come in his place without informing me. Also, I wouldn't trust this guy with anything because he discussed some of his current cases with me. (if he talks about someone else, odds are he will also talk about me) I DO NOT recommend this attorney to anyone, he doesn't do his job just wants to get payed. One of the statements he wrote I spotted at least 8 grammar mistakes and misspellings. When he called me it was always to ask about money. Not to be rude but he seems like a pretty uneducated guy (if he can be a lawyer than anyone can).

If you have a loved one at risk of facing serious prison time, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. David never visited my fiance in jail to prep him for trial or get a full understanding of the case. Our family had to call him repeatedly to get updatee about the case, and when he did contact back, he was more concerned with money then about our loved one. He mixed names up during trial and did not try his hardest to get us a win. The charge was 1st degree murder, and the evidence against him was poor, it should have been an easy win, due to his lack of counseling my fiance was convicted of natural life imprisonment. Although his office staff was amazing, inspirational, and helpful; he was not. David was more concerned with your money then your loved one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ..
