Attorney Maxwell Dubin actually listened to me when I told him what happened and represented me in a formal hearing. Charges were dropped down to a non moving violation according to what actually happened and what could be proven. I appreciate his diligence and understanding.

I’d like to thank Elimitix firm for taking both my case in two different cities. I was being charged for 3rd degree retail fraud and trespassing going back and forth to court for 3 months.I found out later it was my cousin that used my name. My lawyer Maxwell did a very good job put me at ease and less stressed out. He got both my cases dismissed and boy what a wonderful feeling it was.

There needed to be more communication between the first and second hearings. There were documents with my driving improvement courses that I needed to send to the firm for the appearance of the second hearing. I had to call multiple of the firm's attorneys to get the paperwork in & finally got an email to send them to & I sent them in a week before the second hearing. It wasn't there on the day of the second hearing. Very frustrating. However, they delivered on the second hearing. Meaning I got good results. Attn. Steven Mamet stayed on a very long Zoom call to figure out all the details. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the miscommunication and was issued a refund.

Attorney Maxwell was very attentive and responsible, we actually had to reschedule the first hearing due to health problems on my behalf and he was very understanding and helpful. On court date he told me not to worry about anything that he would take care and try to dismiss the case. He was able to do so and more and everything in my record disappeared.
