Randy is one of the best if not THEE best attorneys I have ever met. I was facing a 3rd violation on a 2nd alcohol related offense at the 48th district court. I met with several other attorneys before Randy, all of whom said I would get the max amount of jail which was 90 days for my charge. When I met with Randy he promised he would fight for me and wouldn’t let me go to jail. I didn’t believe him because I had been through a few attorneys up until this point who were only interested in doing the least amount of work for the max amount of money, and didn’t really care what happened to me. I took a chance and hired him despite the hefty legal fee. He was the only attorney that came up with ideas to fight my alleged violation and that’s exactly what he did. He fought for me and took my probation violation to trial! He told me exactly what to expect before the trial and helped me prepare for the best outcome. Anytime I contacted him, he was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was very frightened and was most definitely preparing for the worst even though he kept telling me things were going to be ok. He was brilliant! I ended up getting 2 WAM weekends when everyone else was telling me max jail time. Talk about under promising and over delivering! He spent time on my case and genuinely wanted to help me out of this jam. My only regret is not hiring him sooner, he would have saved me a lot of trouble and heartache. If you want a team of attorneys and staff who truly care about you’re well being, don’t treat you like a criminal, will be honest and ethical, and will not be afraid to win then this is who you need to hire. Worth the weight in gold!!!!

I hired Randy to represent me in a Misemeanor DV case where the facts were based on “she said, he said” but things definitely did not look favorable on paper. Without Randy’s expertise, knowledge, and relentless focus to clearly explain the details of what occurred to the prosecution, this case would definitely have gone to trial. Instead, the case was dismissed. Randy is not cheap, but when you are fighting for your career and future, you can’t gamble with an ineffective lawyer. Randy is top notch and I highly recommend him to anyone facing a similar predicament.

Randy was PIVOTAL in keeping my deferral agreement intact today. Even after a SECOND violation of probation he managed to be as direct as possible and explain the situation thoroughly and carefully.
