Miss kayrouz is absolulty amazing. She is so kind and professional in everything she does. She helped me with my case and did a great job getting me the money that I deserved. She will do anything in her power to answer all your questions. She treated me and my family like we were her own family. Joumana and her staff treated everyone in that office with dignity and respect. Thank you for the great service that you provided.

This Firm is. a joke. Be careful b4 u sign anything. Rip off. Will sell ur case and settle for cheap.

Lies, Lies, Lies. Make sure that you read the contract before you sign. Hidden Charges will occur on the top of the 1/3 of their fees. BE CAREFUL . Very Slow in giving the money to client. Called many times asking for settlement money. Their answer was NOT YET RECEIVED. When Called the Insurance Co, Insurance Co. Said they paid the amount after one week from the day of signing the settlement. Draft was withdrawn after 10 days. Never called me to inform me. When I called them, their answer never received yet until I received Draft Copy from The Insurance Co. Their Office Kept the money for over 14 months.AGAIN, If you want to deal with this office, read carefully their contract before signing otherwise you will be hit. They don't deserve not even one star, but I had to put one star so I could post the review

Any woman who can speak 4 languages fluently, and accomplished the most influential colleges, and a minority, with a husband facing the same trials and tribulations, of every day life, she has my vote. I understand every thing she says. Get off the Ebonics, get an outstanding education like Mrs. Kayrouz, and stop living off the system. She is not a ambulance chaser. She is not built like that. Every time I see your commercial, I can't help but think, who the hell would hire you after watching your ridiculous commercial?. I'm sure you spent an obscene amount of money to make that commercial but I think you should really consider re-doing it.... With a different You couldn't pay me to even inquire with your company after watching the commercial. Its terrible, it makes you look like an idiot that no one would want to hire. Honestly, if you aren't smart enough to see that, I'm not sure why anyone would trust your with their legal problems?!?!

Lie's Lie's Lie's don't go with them they are the worse I MEAN THE WORSE don't return phone calls change employees like my underwear I have been waiting on a settlement check for 6 months I was told 10 days to 2 weeks that was April now its almost November and I still get the run around stay away I'm so serious
