They are very very trashy never call you back i then had about 9 lawyer throughout this whole case they say they got my money but want give it to me im calling BBB on them

They have completely abandoned my case. Caused it to be dismissed and are now refusing to return my calls.

As the parent of an injured child I was disgusted and incensed to see the way this law firm operates. They have a terrible reputation in the industry and the doctors they send a client to have reputations that are equally deplorable and you risk life and limb if they treat you. This law firm is unprofessional, lacking the basic necessary communication skills any business needs to be successful. The courts and insurance companies have no respect for any of this firms' lawyers and Applebaum and Stone are a poor and degrading representative of the legal field exacerbating the clients' already traumatized life; and they betrayed the trust of yet another client. How long before they are punished? The client was punished now it's time this law firm was chastised for their poor performance. At least, give the consumer a chance and call yourselves "AppleBUM & StonER!👎

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. We were waiting in the lobby for hours only to be told that they had to reschedule us.

In the beginning they were nice but now that my case should be over and I should be getting paid everyone is very rude. through out my case they really didn't take care of their business; paper work was lost, meetings took months, lawyers switched with no notice, never got paid for household services like other people, dealt with plenty disrespect. I recommend anyone that is in the car accident do NOT call 411 Pain they are very unprofessional if you want your business handled the right way go to another firm, because they will not handle your business accordingly. I'm actually feeling a certain type of way now. they are very rude and disrespectful they do not treat you as if you are of any importance to them during and throughout the case I'm literally on my way up there now because the secretary at the front desk does not know how to talk to people, she is very disrespectful. I don't understand how a place that deal with the public are so rude and disrespectful. Hell at this point I might sue there ass! They screwed me!

I would personally recommend taking your case else where. My experience was very unprofessional, unorganized, and my case was passed through 3 different paralegals and 3 lawyers, communication was poor and information was missing from my file and they had me billing the wrong insurance, list goes on. I also felt I was dealing with inexperience college graduates with no real desire to fight for their clients. I attempted to switch law firms but because it's been going on 2 years I was informed applebaum and stone would still receive a percentage of my settlement, in addition to my new lawyer fees, so I'm still with Applebaum & Stone but felt it was my duty to warn others that is face with the life changing experience of an auto accident.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are referring to. I have had nothing but the best experiences at this law firm. The reception staff was always warm and welcoming. My attorney was knowledgable and receptive. I highly recommend this firm.

This is the worst place to come to get lawyer help. It's been over 2 years on a multi million dollar case and I get a 10, 000$$$$ and they took half. I lost my home, friends and fiancé because they never paid anyone for services rendered. I had NINE different lawyers and every 3-6 months a new receptionist/paralegal. This was a horrid experience! I never had any idea who my lawyer was or was going to be and when/if I got through to SOMEONE, they were so incompetent, of my case and soooo unknowledgeable, I ended up in frustrated tears EVERY TIME. I will let 411 pain know to take them off the list.

If I could've opted for 0 stars I would've. This has been the worst experience ever! There is no communication unless I initiate it. Then I'm almost never able to speak to my attorney and am either routed to some assistants voicemail or another person who has no idea about what is going on with my case. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness and communication is ridiculous. Hire your Cousin Vinny before you consider this firm. #THEWORST
