Highly respectable and recommended law firm!

I hired Julian Poota as my lawyer approximately 7 years ago (2016). I got myself in a bunch of trouble real quick, getting a super drunk with a Cocaine charge. We went to circuit court where he was able to get me a slap on the wrist as it being my first criminal charge he was able to get a 7411 and if I completed probation the felony wasn’t going to be on my record. Against his advice and judgment I slipped up and pee’d dirty for cocaine while on probation as my alcoholism & addiction was still full swing. Again I walked out of the courthouse with a fine and another slap on the wrist. I couldn’t stop drinking thinking I was pulling a fast one by every one I then got another super drunk OWI while on probation with my first and Cocaine charge. We both knew I was screwed but Julian never gave up on me. My 7411 was revoked and they wanted to put me in jail for 120 days but Julian was able to get it cut in half to 60. While in Jail he made sure my sentence would run congruent to my new charge to make sure for no more jail in the future. I then hired him again to fight my now 2nd offense OWI where he was able to get me into sobriety court. Sobriety court was exactly what I needed. May 19th, 2016 is my last drink and drug. Fast forward to July 19th 2023, I hired Julian again but this time it was to get my 1st OWI & Felony Cocaine charge expunged off my record. We originally had a hearing date for July 12 but Julian threw the Judge off when telling him that the 1st OWI is still eligible even if you have a 2nd because of how he read the statute. Judge wanted to look into it so adjourned to the 19th. When we went in front of the Judge on the 19th it was agreed that both charges could be expunged and it was granted! Not only did Julian never give up on me but this man saved my life. He knows the law better than the people making them & hands down is the best Lawyer out there. I have recommended him to all my family/friends and will continue to. He saved my life, let him save yours.

Again, and again, Julian help me to drop the points violation to a non-moving violation for the third time in my family best lawyer to have around.

Julian always replied to my emails within a day, called me the day before my hearing to ensure I was prepared, and was able to get a outstanding result. Julian was a huge benefit, and I recommend him to anyone who needs competent and communicative legal counsel.

Julian was amazing from the first phone call I made to him on a Friday night at 8PM he still answered my call and helped me out promptly. He took hours to go over all of my files before the court date, and at court he did an awesome job and got my charges reduced and the least penalty possible for my case. Would recommend for any criminal case. He knows how to talk to the judge and very professional in the court room. Helped me through this whole stressful process and got everything finished in one court date. Thank, you Julian!

Julian got my 3rd DUI Felony dropped down to a 2nd DUI Misdemeanor, and ended up with a favorable sentence. An incredible outcome and win!

Mr.Garmo just concluded my case and was amazing from start to finish. He was always available and not just for me but anyone on my behalf. Him and his daughter worked nonstop to achieve and succeed. He did exactly what he said he would. We started at looking at some tough things but Mr.Garmo got them all the way down to probation. I will not be missing out on anything especially getting married next year. All I can say is thank you.
