ruthless....they emptied this single moms bank account on a weekend for something that has to be older than my credit report even shows :( Now all my auto pays are bouncing and causing me NSF's I can't tell you how long these damages will take to repair. A simple call or letter to set up a payment plan would have worked. Didn't need to empty all of my bank accounts.

This guy just took every nickel I had in the bank out of my account said it's a court ordered garnishment that I never received any paperwork on how is that possible and the phone number that's listed on the website and that the fraud department gave me you can't connect to it sounds kind of fishy he's dirty low down no good!!!

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. While working with them we missed a court date and vital information because of them "sending documents" and the documents magically getting lost in the mail. I can understand having a document once in a few months go missing if you are sending out hundreds of documents, but the majority of the main documents they sent us (in a month time frame) were "lost in the mail" with us being held accountable since they don't have to prove they sent anything. The main attorney is a prime example of why people hate attorneys, he is unbelievably rude and acts like people talking to him are not people at all. My wife and I understood what our interaction with this company was and were nice the entire time just to be treated like trash by this atrocity of a company. As a side note I am fairly certain this company wrote the book on corporate loopholes to screw people over.
