Joshua is an excellent attorney. He helped me with my immigration case until the end. We had Great Results. During all the time, he explained to me all the options I had, he was always making sure I clearly understood. When I got questions about my case, he always answer me with the true. The original attorney on my immigration case passed the file to Joshua, very late in the game. Joshua was under a lot of pressure to conclude the process of this immigration case. The hearing date was imminent and the filing of the immigration papers, for the immigration court was within the week when we heard from Joshua. Joshua was able to file the paperwork on time. The hearing concluded with an outstanding results, in obtaining my green card. The alternative to that, was possible deportation. Joshua was up against a very formidable attorney, from The Dept. Of Homeland Security. My immigration outcome, was a coin toss and it was all due to Joshua's efforts. I would highly recommend Joshua Aprile to anyone who has an immigration case.
