I have a class a CDL and I was hit with a third lane ticket in Hamtramck Michigan. After receiving a citation I immediately called Mr. Poota. He started right away taking care of everything. Since I live in Tennessee I did not want to have to be there for court in Michigan. He reassured me that I would not have to appear or do anything really. Treated me just like family. Within a short couple of months everything was taken care of he had it reduced to a nonmoving violation. No points on my license! He communicated with me throughout the whole process. He Made everything very easy to understand on the direction we were headed with this. I would highly recommend him to any class a CDL truck drivers with traffic tickets in the Detroit Michigan area. As far as that goes anyone with any legal needs he is a great lawyer.

I googled best Attorneys in Michigan and Julian Poota's name was one of the names at the top of the list. I was charged with a third degree misdemeanor and was facing up to 90 days in jail. Even if I could have avoided the jail time on my own there was no way I could have risked the misdemeanor charge going on my record. I could have lost my job and it would have definitely negatively​ affected any of my future endeavors. I called Julian Poota's office and was put thru to him right away by the secretary. I explained my situation to him and from the moment he opened his mouth he was very professional and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. Before I could even voice my major concerns he told me not to worry he was going to try his best to keep me out of jail and keep the incident off my record which is what I was really worried about. He told me how much he charged and right away I was pleased because I had previously spoke to two other attorneys who quoted me a price that was a couple of hundreds of dollars more than Julian. I went to his office for the first time and he was just as professional in person as he was over the phone. My court date was about a month away and Julian was kind enough to allow me to make payments to him leading up to the court date which is something I was very grateful for. I know that every case is different and it's really up to the prosecuting attorney and the judge as to what the outcome is and it's not always a textbook result so hiring an attorney no matter how small you may think the charge is, is crucial for the best possible outcome and when I say hiring an attorney I really only mean hiring Julian Poota. Julian was able to get the misdemeanor dropped down to the lowest possible charge, so instead of 90 days in jail I ended up only having to attend a one time court appointed class and 6 months Non Reporting probation. The sweetest part of the deal that Julian was able to get was that after 6 months if I stay out of trouble (which I absolutely plan to) my record will be wiped clean! Nobody's perfect and everybody makes mistakes some small and some big, I am just grateful that Julian Poota was there to ensure the big mistake I made was not one that followed me for the rest of my life. If you are in need of counsel Julian Poota is definitely the attorney to call!

Julian was extremely helpful in assisting me on a traffic citation. He was able to get my traffic citation which carried points and a hefty fine down to only impeding traffic with no points whatsoever. I didn’t even need to go to court he handled all of it. He even answered legal questions I had that were unrelated to the case. He has been so helpful and I will definitely be using him In the future.

I hired Julian Poota when I received a DUI charge. Not only did he get my charge significantly reduced, he was very easy to work with...easy to contact, had quick responses, and explained everything at a level I could easily understand. I hired Julian Poota a second time when I recieved another traffic ticket. In this situation he made it super simple for me, including not having to miss work for court appearances and paying fines online.

What a relief. I was driving home from Florida to Toronto. In Detroit I went through a red light (3 demerit points) and the policeman noticed that my insurance stub was expired. I contacted Julian Poota to appear in court for me. He got both charges dismissed and I only had to pay a small fee. Great service.

My husband got an unfair traffic ticket in Novi, MI when he was on a business trip (We feel he was stopped because he was driving a rental car!!).
