I’ve used Julian’s services two times over the past 2 years related to traffic infractions. He has been extremely helpful, responsive and more importantly he has succeeded in getting my tickets either dropped or reduced to non-moving violations. I would definitely recommend Julian to anybody who has a need to hire a lawyer.

I was arrested and held in jail for 3 hours before being released on bail without explanation as to why I had been taken in. I was shocked and scared when I received the charges that had been brought against me. I was facing serious felony charges, accompanied with jail time. I had tried to contact various other lawyers, but they were either unresponsive or their rates non-negotiable and not within my budget. Over the couple of months, the case was settled and the charges were dismissed and I'll be sent into a diversion program and in doing so, no jail time and nothing will be on my record after completion. I decided to go with Mr.Poota due to his price point and our discussion about the events of the night which. Mr. Poota was very nice and professional during the whole process of pre-trial, discovery, and the rest of the process. He gave great advice and let me know what was needed from me going forward. Mr. Poota is a very friendly individual and doesn't sugarcoat the situation which is key in my opinion for a lawyer. The reason is you don't want your lawyer over promising anything. Mr.Poota was able to get the evidence thrown out in court which severely weakened the prosecution's case. Overall my case was dismissed and I would attribute a great portion of this result to Mr.Poota's skill and the universe at play. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I knew who was facing a similar situation or a different impending case.

I got myself into a situation in Allen Park. I had a prior situation in Allen Park 9 years ago with the same charges and have never been so scared about going to jail in my life and figured I was going to jail. I could lose my job, reputation, and my child. I was facing a misdemeanor and possibly up to 93 days in jail being this was my second offense. I panicked and hired the first Lawyer I met with but still had a meeting with Julian later that day. I went and saw him and he was very kind, he told me he would handle it and not to worry but didn’t promise me anything except said he would get me the best result possible. He was also reasonable with the amount of money I had to spend. So I decided to let my other lawyer go and went with Juilian. He answered the phone or returned all my calls. As stressed as I was whenever I talked to him he always made me feel better. I had to miss one day of work to go to court and he got that charge dismissed and dropped down to disorderly conduct. I got 6 months reporting probation, 5 days community service, and a 1 time court appointed class. Being able to keep my job and still be a mother and not spend a day in jail was all I wanted and that’s what I got and this will all fall off my record after 6 months. If you have a criminal case higher Mr. Poota.

Minor traffic infraction. Mr. Poota represented me in court which allowed me to avoid points on my license, saving me insurance fee increases. He did exactly what he said he would do and I appreciate his expertise. Definitely recommend Mr. Poota.
