I have a difficult immigration case I’m not done yet I’m working with mr Russell on my case but I trust 100% on my case he’s not about money he take the money that u guys agreed on from the beginning n he will help u I been with a lot of attorneys on the same case they play u n keep telling u we need to do new application but u have to pay extra it’s gonna be a lot of work but with mr Russell if u call him n tell him about new law n application if it doesn’t help u he will tell u I can do it but it’s not gonna help you’re case he can do it n take he’s money but he doesn’t cause he’s honest and he knows what you’re case well n knows what he should do he always got more then one plan for u. Anytime he will answer you’re questions n try to help u even on he’s days off

Mr Abrutyn is the absolute best attorney and I would not recommend another. I have been dealing with immigration since the 80’s and I can truly say this man is a miracle worker. I have hired many and believe me when I tell you he made the impossible possible. The great service and communication is simply a bonus. Thank you a million times, I could not be more thankful!

I honestly could not recommend a better attorney, Russell was an absolute Godsend & nothing short of a professional knight in shining suit & armour… After speaking with three other attorneys who made me feel as though I had no chance in hell with my immigration case & that I might as well give up, Russell was recommended to me by the fourth on my long list. From day one, I left our initial phone conversation feeling so assured and both seen & heard; Russell kept it 100% real with me & told me that whilst my case would be hard to fight that he already had a plan, a back up plan and a back up plan of the back up plan, If all the others failed. It’s taken me quite some time to finally sit down & mentally prepare to write this review because I knew how hard it was going to be as I honestly feel like I owe Russell my life. I truly believe an immigration lawyer can be placed in the same category box as a teacher - they can either make or break you; Russell picked me back up every time that the odds looked like they would not be going in our favor, he reassured me when I needed it but always kept me grounded when a ray of hope would glimmer. Any concerns I had, I could ask without any fear of judgment, He was professional, straight forward and very very diligent with his workflow. Himself & his entire team restored my hope in the justice system of immigration law & should be so proud of their dedicated hard-work towards handling my case. January 11th 2022, would have officially been my federal hearing. Russell emailed me on September 27th 2021 - letting me know that my case had officially been dismissed by the judge due to a motion he had filed. (We hadn’t heard back so hope was dwindling) but then we finally did, the prosecutor agreed with the motion and they put it forward to the judge. I write this review with tears in my eyes…. tears of happiness nonetheless, But I can safely say that Russell is someone who will whole-heartedly go to bat for you as well as do absolutely everything within his capable power to fight for what is right. I’m grateful that he believed in me and my case and fought to prove that I was innocent. My deportation charges and all other charges were dropped, my case was dismissed & I no longer have to live everyday in fear thanks to him & his team. I owe him everything and even now he continues to go above and beyond by following up with USCIS and having my citizenship case reopened and processed. Sadly, due to covid we never even had the joy of meeting face to face, so I hope to one day. You would do yourself a great disservice by not retaining his beyond amazing representation if you are ever in need of them because as we say in my house " In Russ, we trust".

Russell was always available to answer all of our questions quickly and candidly in the exact detail that we needed. He managed the entire process smoothly, which was incredibly comforting given all of the complexity in process and documentation. No regrets on hiring Russell, he exceeded expectations.
