I had something pop up out of the blue, where my wages and/or income tax refund was about to be garnished. I called him up because of his other reviews on here, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Without any questions or sales pitch, he got straight to the point and gave me advice on the matter while also pointing out other avenues I could explore (potentially saving me hundreds of dollars). Ryan bailed us out of a horrible housing situation gone wrong. Sellers were trying to back out and we had no place to go. Ryan stayed on top of everyone including the title company to get us to closing. Without Ryan we would have been homeless.
