Honestly, I was dealing with serious issues at my rental house (mold, insect infestation). I spoke to many lawyers and Mr. Stearn was the only one who had no hesitation with helping me. He was hired in the spot! Every time I had a question or comment he was there! He explained things and gave me options for what suited my case best. The end result is that I got out of that lease! I was so stressed and he saved the day. He’s determined to help people, calm your worries and get you justice no matter what. I will definitely be contacting him in the future if need be. Ryan helped us with a law suite against a business owner who decided not to pay us for our Electrical services that was under a contract. Even though the case was eventually dismissed, he did put in a Valant effort to get us paid.

Unfortunately, we ended up playing phone tag after that, and since this was time sensitive for me, not knowing if Ryan was going to be able to contact me back within my time frame (or at all, since a lot of people are not good at returning messages, not knowing what Ryan is like), I ended up giving the business to another attorney. I regret that I did this because I was able to be efficient with her based on my free consult with Ryan, and he deserved to get my business. I would like to leave a review although I did not pay him for the first consult, because the quality of the interface was exceptional and I feel it could have been worth paying for. I also had lengthy talks with another attorney who just wasted my time by trying to state the obvious, but that free time was not appreciated on my part due to his not being on point. I would hire him next time based on our whole interface. Ryan, I apologize that this did not occur this time.

My husband and I were having legal trouble regarding our fence installation and our neighbor. The neighbor agreed to the style and location of the privacy fence that we wanted to construct so we paid to have it built. After the fence was installed the neighbor changed her mind and hired an attourney to threaten us to remove the fence. Ryan acted quickly to communicate our rights and needs to our neighbor's attourney and ended the situation before it escalated. We are so relieved to have someone so intelligent on ourside, fighting for our rights.

Ryan was incredibly helpful with providing information about the probate process for my father's estate. He researched the procedures for my father's state (VA) and provided me the forms I would need to complete the necessary next steps. In addition he researched other options that may have been available, but which turned out to not apply in my particular circumstance.
