Alice made every detail clear to us in user-friendly language. She was professional and down to earth too.

Alice was extremely helpful through this process. She was knowledgeable and thorough but, at the same time, did not bog us down with the minutia. She answered questions directly in an easy to understand fashion and took time to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed. She really helped to make us comfortable, especially considering that neither my partner nor I had ever prepared legal documents with the assistance of an attorney before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Alice and would both work with her again if additional legal needs turn up.

What do you call "bedside manner" for a lawyer? Whatever it's called, Alice has it in spades. She uses just enough detail to be understood without loosing us in the small print. Her sense of humor lessens the drag of otherwise tedious minutia and her smile kept our attention just cuz. Please advise misters Shea and Aiello to keep her around!

We reevaulated our Estate Plan with Ms. Blumm. It was a very easy and smooth process. She was clear and concise in her explanations and was willing to go over material until we were comfortable with the explanation.
