Alice was extremely well organized and thorough. She asked the right questions to understand our preferences and goals and explained things clearly (although the amount of information embedded in a trust restatement and its accompanying arrangements is always a bit overwhelming). She provided all the forms and follow-up details we needed and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. We did not feel rushed, either at the planning meeting or at the signing meeting.

Extremely organized and thoroughly explained all details. Our questions were answered with dignity and respect. Promptly responded to our emails and messages. Alice was interested in getting to really know us. She is engagingand efficient. We are glad to have had Alice walk us through the steps of the estate planning. After our time together, we feel comfortable on the knowledge we gained because Alice took the time to explain he process to us and we now have the comfort knowing this important step has been well prepared. Alice helped us update our Living Trust. Alice was easy to work with and explained everything as we went through the steps to update our Trust. She answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. It was very helpful that she was able to meet with us after 5pm instead of during our work hours.
