I hired Leanna for a criminal case and was first taken aback that she keeps your entire retainer, does not refund any unused after trial. I paid $4,000 and got what I had expected to get, nothing amazing. Could also be rather cold and at times felt as if she was scolding me, I know she is not there to be my friend, but was strictly business. I’ve shared a few laughs and formed nice relationships with attorneys in the past. We did not communicate well, she would tell me one thing then swear she had told me differently. Quite disappointed after all the money spent for 1 court appearance.
