We needed documentation of our trust for a mortgage closing and Donna worked with us and the title company to ensure we had the right documents and got them prepared in a timely manner.

Worked with both Sherman and Matt for both Business and Personal matters. Most recently with Matt on estate planning and could not be more happy with the Process. Easy from start to finish and at the end was handed leather bound binder with all my information which was organized for easy navigation. Would recommend for all your legal needs.

Matthew guided me through setting up my estate and living trust. He thoroughly explained each aspect/document and was good at answering my questions. I highly recommend Matthew and his law firm.

Attorney Keith Jablonski is not an ethical attorney. He will charge his client for exurban amount of fees for time that he wasted on the phone, or writing emails. He will use any ways to pressure you into paying him. Do not use him, nor this law firm! It is not an ethical place! Stay away! Keith is not ethical in how he conducts his business. First of all, it is his client that does not want to make payment for improvement that is done on his property. His client hired Keith to negotiate with me. I was on the opposite side of Keith, he has received a payment check for his client which was deposited into his client's trust account. Before he can release the check, he wants me to pay for his time and he wants a cut from the check. He is using his position as a negotiation tool, that is not what attorney does. He threatened that he will not release the check unless he gets his cut from the payment. I have never heard of that, and probably will not hear that again either. Be sure that any such unethical conduct by Keith or his firm will and should be reported, if he will do this behind the doors, he will do anything. Keith, You should not practice law if you continue such unethical behavior. Be warned!

Fran-Marie was wonderful! At every step she explained what was going on; she went through all the legal jargon so we understood what we were signing, and made the whole process seem so easy. Her help along the way with some of the decision making was also invaluable. The process of estate planning is daunting, but Fran-Marie was efficient, confident and helped ensure all our needs were met.
