We use O'Reilly Rancilio as our city attorney for the City of Utica. We are exceptionally satisfied with the depth of legal experts they have to offer our city. Their staff of qualified attorneys have provided us with expertise to include: civil matters, real estate transactions, labor negotiations, and criminal prosecution, as well as many other facets of the legal world. I was very impressed with the way Mike walked us through the process, explained what we needed, offered suggestions, etc. The process was very easy and we finally (after years of talking) have our wills, powers of Attorney and estate trusts completed

I had a great meeting with Michael regarding our future estate planning. He was good at explaining in layman's terms the details. We did meet with another attorney who was short & pushy, which is another reason we chose to work with Rutkowski Law Firm - they care! My mom will also be using them for her will & trust.
